Catch Up ...Part 2

So, besides celebrating Emmie's birthday, we have started softball & baseball.  I've only gotten some softball photos so far.  Grace is on the Wildcats!  Yea.  The team is doing amazing this season.  So far they are 4-1-1. Grace has had a hit in almost every game and a few doubles, and one triple.

We also had a little dinner party because our friends, Brian & Lisa, were in town from Colorado for Spring Break.

 Oh how ugly is my garage.  I wish it were pretty.  But that's where the ping pong table comes out to play, so you get to see it.  Ick.

Catch Up & Happy Birthday Emmie!

Oh my, where has the time gone?
So much has happened in the Halterhome since I posted regularly.
But first let me say a giant HAPPY 8th BIRTHDAY to my niece, Emmie.
We had her birthday dinner here tonight.  Grace spent the afternoon making chocolate cupcake "ice cream cones," a fabulous card, and personalized wrapping paper.  Emmie also wanted a birthday pie, so that was where we stuck the candles.

Here is Tommy in his ACC golf team "uniform.". 8 young men play at different country clubs every week. He loves it!!

The Halters have landed. We are back home and worn out. Ready for a good nights sleep in our own quiet beds.

DC Cupcake

Here is my little cupcake at Georgetown Cupcake (it's also a show on TLC). Wait time in line for a $2.75 cupcake??? 30 minutes.

Sting sighting!!

Not the actual human Sting but a star in front of a theater he performed at. Yea!!!

Bagpipes

We seriously have constant bagpipes playing outside our rental apartment. Yet haven't stopped since we got "home" at 5:30. Thank goodness for my iPhone & headphones.
