Great news! Tommy made the Allstar baseball team...as an alternate.
Hmm. We are very proud of him. He's excited to practice with the team.
It throws a wrench into our plan to visit Tom's sister in Ohio in two weeks though.
The Allstar games are the same dates we were supposed to be in Columbus. Of course rearranging the summer schedules of two families (ours and Kristin's) is not going to be easy.
To make it even more challenging, Southwest Airlines website was acting up today sending me error messages. Grr.
So we are off to the ballpark again. Smiles from me.
